About Us
Amberwood Village Golf and Country Club is a fully functional semi-private
golf and country club. Our facilities include an executive 9-hole golf course, three
hard surface tennis courts, a private, heated, outdoor swimming pool and an elegant
restaurant, Wildwood Steak and Chop House (reservations recommended, 613-836-8999).
We are semi-private because all of our facilities, except the private swimming
pool, are open to the public. BUT we allow our pool members to bring guests to the
pool.
Our club is overseen by a distinguished Board of Directors. They are long-time members
in good standing with the club and are familiar with the area, the club and the
facilities. Each year this Board is elected during the Annual General Meeting, held
each October. All members are welcome to attend, as well as listen to and offer
suggestions for the upcoming year, but only those with a Golf and/or Social membership
have the privilege of voting.
